Output Regulation Within the capacity of the regulator, it does not fluctuate in loads from zero (o) to maximum and voltage changes during load, does not disturb the mains frequency, the output is full sinusoidal, the sensitivity can be adjusted between 1-5%. The power factor of the load is insignificant as long as the regulator stays within the kVA limits. Mechanical Construction All models can be used in every field as they are produced in heavy industrial type. Cooled, roller brush system prevents burning and abrasion in the coal. Brushes do not spark/arc during regulation. High Efficiency The average efficiency is higher than 97%. Since Redsan Electronic Regulators are manufactured with high quality silicon sheet and electrolytic copper, idle loss is minimum. Operating Temperature For indoor areas from -10°C to +40°C, extra air cooling is required or regulators should be used below capacity. Regulators should not be used in extremely humid and acidic environments. Over Voltage Protection Unit (optional) * In case of voltages above the voltage capacity of the regulator * When the regulator is activated at low voltages, if the mains voltage is cut off and comes back as a high voltage * In case the regulator works in a dirty environment in time and fails or gives irregular voltage The regulator cuts the output voltage for 8 seconds and gives output when the regulation is completed. It does not output in case of a malfunction. Phase Protection Unit In three-phase regulators, if one of the 3 phases is cut off, it cuts the output completely. Automatically activates when the phase is restored and gives output. |
